During a meeting of the Board of Directors of Information Services Plc Mr. Alexander Kolev, the hitherto CEO of IS AD, tendered his resignation to withdraw from the company's operational management. Mr. Kolev will remain a member of IS' BoD.
Mr. Ivaylo Filipov is set to become CEO of Information Services.
