The centralised ticketing system significantly improves the quality of booking and ticketing services, the performance of national carrier staff and reduces fraud. The platform enables better management and monitoring of sales and trains traffic, as well as the tracking of seat occupancy. A functionality that allows automatic real-time input of train timetable data has also been implemented. This greatly simplifies and improves system operation and eliminates the need for manual input. Another functionality allows to issue tickets directly on the train by the conductor. It provides all the passengers who board from railway stations and stops without a ticket office with the possibility to purchase their ticket on board the train. Issuing is done via a mobile device that is networked to the central server and a mobile printer.
