Information Services puts into operation a new, state-of-the-art administrative building in Sofia at 20 Lachezar Stanchev Street.
The higher volume of responsibilities assigned by the state to the company, related to its role as a system integrator of the state administration and key projects for the country has led to a significant growth of the number of employees in the company. That has urged us to explore new opportunities to increase the number of workstations that match the global trends.
The former electronic computing center of Information Services, which has not been used for more than 10 years due to its poor condition, at present is a benchmark for a functional and sustainable working environment. The building at 20 Lachezar Stanchev Street has been completely renovated, equipped and furnished according to modern ecology and energy efficiency standards. The interior is designed and furnished by quality and durable materials, skillfully combined in a clean, modern style that corresponds to the latest trends in office buildings construction. It is located in one of the fastest growing office districtsin Sofia.
The total built-up area of the new administrative building is 1374.80 sq. m. Neutral colors have been selected, which is in line with the latest trends in office space construction. The offices are designed and built according to ergonomics requirements.
The new building has 56 workstations equipped with the latest technology. The workrooms are divided into 3 halls of "оpen space" type, providing comfort and coziness to the employees. Two of them have a working area of 135 square meters, and the last one is 80 square meters. There are 3 separated management cabinets that provide enough space for team meetings.
The building has a 50 square meters conference hall, which is specially equipped for effective meetings, and the furniture is selected in a way that stimulates creative thinking and team working.
Special attention is focused on the kitchenette and the relax area, which exceeds 35 square meters. It is designed to facilitate employees for informal meetings and pleasant conversations during coffee and lunch breaks. 24/7 security and video surveillance have been provided.
The new administrative building of Information Services has almost 30 parking spaces. It has an excellent location with fast access to the center of Sofia, all eastern neighborhoods, as well as Tsarigradsko Shosse. It is close to G.M. Dimitrov subway station and many public transport stops, which eases the movement of employees and business customers to the offices in the business building.
