The Information Services team won the prestigious Business Analysis Project of the Year 2019 Award, established by the Bulgarian Section of the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA).
The winning project – “Developing Unified Courts Information System” - was announced on September 11th, at a special IIBA event, after presentation of all nominated projects, interviews with the teams and well-reasoned justification.
Eleven projects altogether took part in the prize race this year, but only six of them were nominated for the final event.
The team Nikoleta Stoyanova, Bilyana Grigorova-Baturova, Rositsa Nedelcheva-Rangelova and their manager Snejanka Smilkova knocked down the competition by five main criteria:
- Business value realized for the client;
- Involving the stakeholders and maintaining effective relationships with them;
- Requirements visualization, clarity and better communication;
- Zeal towards continuous professional growth;
- Input to the business analysts’ community.

The Business Analysis Project of the Year award establishers define its purpose as giving the credit for the good organization of the business analysis work in a specific project and for applying appropriate technics for providing the necessary expertise to the stakeholders.
