In connection with the significant public interest in the results of the data entry from the protocols provided by the Constitutional Court (CC) through the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), we clarify the following:

On March 10, 2025, according to a prosecutor's file and in response to a letter received, the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office requested Information Services to provide all materials related to the computer processing and data entry from the protocols sent by the Constitutional Court through the Central Electoral Commission.

Information Services has not provide the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office with the protocols sent by the Constitutional Court, nor their copies. The company returned to the CEC all original documents received by the Commission that were provided by the Constitutional Court.

Information Services does not have copies or originals of these protocols.

The company provides full cooperation to all competent state institutions in connection with constitutional case 33/2024.

The Information Services team operates with the clear understanding of the exceptional responsibility that the company has in the process of processing the election results.

The company has been engaged in the computer processing of election data for more than 20 years and has always operated in a professional, public and transparent manner.

Information Services reminds that according to the Electoral Code, the Central Electoral Commission publishes scanned protocols before announcing the decision on the final results and open data in machine-readable format for all elections from 2003 to the present, which allows the data to be analyzed and verified by election participants and other external specialists.
