In connection with the information published on Annual Summary Report on State Public Enterprises for 2022 by the by the Public Enterprises and Control Agency (PECA) and circulated in the media, according to which two representatives of the state and one independent member were appointed to the Board of Directors of Information Services without a competitive process, we categorically state that the information does not correspond to the truth.

As of 31.12.2022. The Board of Directors of Information Services was consisted of three members - state representatives elected in accordance with the Law on Public Enterprises and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Public Enterprises, by a competition held by the Ministry of Transport and Communications in October 2020.  

As of the same date, no independent member has been elected to the Board of Directors, as stated in the report.
