The National System Integrator Information Services is hosting the annual two-day meeting of the EURITAS Joint Advisory Group, aimed at preparing for the upcoming September 2025 Summit of the European Association of Public IT Providers. The summit will take place on September 25, 2025, in Brussels and will bring together representatives from European institutions, national and regional governments, public IT service providers, potential new members, academic community representatives, and others.

“For Information Services and the Bulgarian IT industry, it is a great honor and privilege that the EURITAS Joint Advisory Group is meeting in Sofia,” said Kremena Kuncheva–Simeonova, Director of Business Development at the company. During the meeting, key national projects of the Bulgarian system integrator were presented to the association members, with a primary focus on the country’s achievements in the field of electronic justice.

Among the main topics expected to be discussed at the September 2025 Summit of the European Association of Public IT Providers are the implementation of artificial intelligence and cloud services in system integrator projects across Europe, the resilience of public administrations on the continent in terms of cybersecurity, digital transformation, collaboration at all levels with the European Commission and the European Parliament, etc.

The European Association of Public IT Providers, EURITAS, includes 14 organizations from eleven European countries, including Denmark, Germany, Finland, Italy, Croatia, the Netherlands, Malta, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, and Bulgaria. Information Services is the second company from Eastern Europe, after Croatia’s APIS IT, to become a member of the prestigious organization. The association’s goal is to create a trans-European network of public ICT service providers to exchange know-how and best practices in the field of e-government. The total number of IT specialists employed by the association’s members exceeds 47,000. Together, the companies provide digital public services to more than 124 million European citizens.
