Technical problem hindered the work of NHIS

Dear partners from the Bulgarian Medical Association, Bulgarian Pharmaceutical Union, Bulgarian Dental Association, healthcare professionals and patients,

On 07.07.2023, a technical problem related to the National Health Information System (NHIS) was registered, which resulted to temporary difficulties in working with separate modules of the system. The Information Services team was able to fix the technical problems in the shortest possible time and the system is currently working without delacey in the processes.

Information Services apologizes to all inpatient and outpatient doctors, pharmacists, dentists, laboratory technicians, patients and citizens who had experienced temporary difficulties using the National Health Information System.

For us is extremely important to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
