Bulgaria is among the first EU countries to begin issuing EU Digital COVID Certificate for vaccinated. Today the European Commission confirmed that our country has met all the requirements and can begin issuing the document.
12 European countries have integrated their systems. They are Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Croatia, Iceland, Italy, Lithuania, Poland and Portugal. The system for issuing EU Digital COVID Certificate was developed by Information Services in a record time, 1 month ahead of deadline set by the EC for the implementation of the European regulation.
“With another successfully completed project Information Services proved that it meets the highest European standards and accomplishes qualitatively all assigned projects," the CEO Ivaylo Filipov said. The company has completed the process of integration with the EC systems in the middle of last month.
