Information Services Jsc ended the year 2018 with revenues amounting to BGN 21.6 million. This result has been record-breaking for the past 8 years. The growth is 6% compared to the planned revenues and 3% more than the previous year 2017.
The labor efficiency index (monthly income per employee) in 2018 is 12% higher than the foreseen in the business plan and 13% higher than in 2017.
These results support the tendency of a steadily increase the effective company activity in the last 5 years. For the period 2013-2018 there is a tendency towards an earnings and profits increase per one employee, an average salary increase and a number of employees decrease. The labor efficiency has grown by 40%. The average salary for the period increased by 50%, responding to the high competition on the IT specialists market in the country and the number of employees in the company decreased by 19%.
In the past year the company made significant investments both, in technological renovation of its infrastructure and in raising the key competencies of its specialists. Modern technological solutions to increase cyber security are provided. To the employees’ professional development trainings are provided as well as participations in seminars, forums and practices.
The biggest contribution to setting up the services profile of Information services Jsc have the development and maintenance of information systems of national importance. A key contribution to the results in 2018 has the implementation of contracts such as: participation in the development, implementation and maintenance of a united national electronic web-based platform: Centralized automated information system Electronic Public Procurement (CAIS EPP); outsourced IT services management activities within the Ministry of Finance system; monitoring and managing the ICT infrastructure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; development and implementation of specialized software products for the Customs Agency etc.

The company specializes in building, development and maintenance of information systems of national importance. Among them are the information systems of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the local taxes and fees revenues managing system, the main information systems of the National Revenue Agency including the public services of the agency, the systems of the Ministry of Finance and the Customs Agency. Information Services is a technological partner to the Central Elections Commission.
