The system successfully went live at 10:00 a.m. on 10.05.2016 and the first electronic application was registered at 10:01:30 a.m.
For the first ten minutes total of 256 applications were registered, and at 11:00 a.m. the application with incoming number 683 was registered.
Only 40 of these 683 applications were registered on-site in the schools. 643 applications were registered online by the parents of the children who should enrol in the first grade.
Electronic Admission to First Grade comprises a public module for the parents of children subject to enrolment in the first grade; administrative module for the schools and ranking module - designed for the work of the municipality. It is consistent with the regulations for admission to first grade of the Municipality of Stara Zagora. All applications shall be registered in the electronic system. The registration may be done online by the parents from the specialized admission website https://priem.starazagora.bg:1443/ or on-site at any school in the city by an authorized officer.
Functionality of the software Electronic Admission to First Grade:
- To register/ edit applications for admission;
- To refuse registration;
- To announce/ make/ publish the admission lists;
- To generate automated information for the schools and the municipality;
The parent's profile provides opportunity to each parent to:
- Register/ edit application;
- Track the history of registration and subsequent revisions;
- Download the valid application for admission;
- See the child's status - pending/ admitted/ not admitted;
To access their profiles parents should log in the system with a user name and a password. Every parent will see only their child's data.
