The health records of nearly 500,000 users are accessible through eZdrave mobile app

The health records of nearly 500,000 citizens are accessible through the eZdrave mobile app. The total number of active users has already exceeded 300,000, with the rest being linked to their profiles. The system is designed so that each account has secure and convenient access to both their own electronic health record and their children's examinations, referrals, prescriptions, vaccinations, hospitalizations, and laboratory results entered in the National Health Information System (NHIS).

" The continuously growing number of eZdrave users confirms the growing trust of citizens in electronic health services," stated Boris Kostadinov, Director of Software Integration at Information Services. According to him, the application is establishing itself as a key digital tool for accessing health information and an important factor in increasing the efficiency and transparency of the healthcare system. "We continue to actively develop the application and add new features that improve the user experience and access to electronic healthcare," Kostadinov added.

The Information Services initiative to activate the app on-site at the offices of public and private sector institutions also continues. Over the past three months, nearly 7,000 users have gained access to their health records with the assistance of the company's mobile teams. Between February 9 and 13, 2026, a total of 945 people activated eHealth after visiting Videoton in Stara Zagora, Lozenets University Hospital and Lozenets Medical Center in Sofia, Burgasbus in Burgas, Bobov Dol Thermal Power Plant, Elisaveta Bagryana Primary School in Sliven, Teletek Electronics in Sofia, St. St. Cyril and Methodius National Art Gallery in Blagoevgrad, Letnitsa Municipality, General Toshevo Municipality, Zname na mira Kindergarten in Pernik, and others.
