The national system integrator Information Services received a certificate for full membership of the European Association of Public IT Service Providers - EURITAS. It was awarded to Boris Kostadinov, Director of Software Integrations at Information Services by Saša Bilić, the president of EURITAS, CEO of Croatian APIS IT, during the annual meeting in the Association of the most developed public ICT service providers on the Old – Continent. Information Services presented in detail its activities and the projects it has implemented to the members of the Association.
"As a key partner in the digital transformation of Bulgaria, Information Services contributes valuable knowledge and experience. Its accession to EURITAS strengthens our position as an organization, not only in terms of number and expertise, but also as a geographical representation in this part of Europe", said Saša Bilic.
"It is a great honor and privilege for Information Services to exchange experience and good practices with the largest system integrators in Europe and together to seek opportunities for cross-border cooperation in the field of information technology”, said Boris Kostadinov. He clarified that experts from the company have already joined the collaborative working groups in the association, which purpose is to build a common position on a number of issues related to digital transformation in the public sector in Europe.
We are impressed by the wide area of expertise in Information Services and the number of projects that the company implements, EURITAS said. The association expects close cooperation with the Bulgarian system integrator, exchange of knowledge and good practices for building common positions before the European institutions.
13 organizations from 10 different European countries such as: Denmark, Germany, Finland, Italy, Croatia, Netherlands, Malta, Austria, Switzerland, and already Bulgaria, are members of the European Association of Public IT Service Providers - EURITAS. The total number of IT professionals from members of the association exceeds 27,000. Altogether, the companies provide digital public services for more than 115 million European citizens.
