The National System Integrator Information Services achieved BGN 38.2 million sales revenue for the period January – September 2020. This result marks an increase of 79% compared to the same period last year when BGN 21.3 million were reported. The growth compared to the figures set in the company Business Plan is 6%. The profit before taxes for the first nine months amounts to BGN 1.51 million, which is 63% more than the aforetime planned. Profitability based on the sales revenue is 4%. The report shows that record results have been achieved regardless of introducing the state of emergency to prevent COVID-19 spreading.
A total of 56% of the Information Services revenues are realized from the development and maintenance of applied software and infrastructure, data processing and consulting services. The increase in the indicator of comparable projects compared to the first nine months of 2019 is 20 percent
The share of the company's activities as a National System Integrator is significant - 34%. Such functions the company performs since November 29th 2019 after the amendments to the Electronic Government Act were published. Activities under the System Integration include establishment, maintenance, development and operability monitoring of the information systems used by the administrative bodies and units affiliated to them.
The main users of Information Services services are the central and local administration.
