In the situation of an emergency state, introduced by the government in order to limit the consequences of the epidemic of COVID19, Information Services JSC has taken all the possible measures as a responsible, modern and flexible company.
All the activities, to which it is applicable, are performed by the employees remotely, from their homes.
Renewal of a qualified electronic signature certificate can be done online for the one-year certificates, before their validity expiration. Request an online renewal at [email protected] or contact some of our registration offices
Renewal of a three-year certificate, as well as the issuance of a new certificate is not possible to be offered online that is why our offices continue to serve customers on site in strict compliance with the anti-epidemic measures. Information about their locations and working hours can be found here
If you need to register a document in the company Record Keeping Office, please note that it is open the following days and hours:
- Monday 14:00 - 18:00;
- Wednesday 09:00 - 15:00;
- Friday 09:00 - 14:00.
