Information Services JSC closed the nine-month period of 2018 with revenues of BGN 14.8 million and profitability of 7%. The increase over the targets set in the 2018 Business Plan is more than 2 times for the profit and 3% for the revenue.
The company reports an 8% higher labor efficiency (a monthly earning per employee) compared to the planned for the period which is with 4% higher than the previous year.
The Information Services personnel decreased with 5% as a result of the optimization in the administrative service processes and the ceasing of unprofitable and non-core services. The released funds are redirected towards the employees with key competences remunerations as well as towards attracting new highly qualified experts to the company team.
The main contribution to the reported results give the newly concluded contracts in the ICT field with the central and local administration as well as the state-owned enterprises. The activities are connected to monitoring and managing the ICT infrastructure for the Ministry of Foreign affairs; developing and implementing specialized software products for the Customs Agency; administrating and auditing ICT infrastructure, consultancy services, developing software products etc.

The company is specialized in building, development and maintenance of information systems of national importance. Among them are the information systems of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the local taxes and fees revenues managing system, the main information systems of the National Revenue Agency including the public services of the agency, the systems of the Ministry of Finance and the Customs Agency. Information Services is a technological partner to the Central Elections Commission.
