Until now Information Services has done the computer processing of a total of 88 elections and national referendum results, and there has not been a single official/informal objection to their work.

The purpose of the computer processing of the voting protocols is to digitalize the data filled in by the section commissions and to calculate the final results.

All the information related to the electoral process is published online on the CEC website, including the open numerical data, the scanned protocols of the commissions and the electronically signed files read by the voting machines. This guarantees the full transparency and traceability of the processes - from the initial inputs to the formation of the final results.

Since 2023 Information Services has established and maintains a system for real-time video surveillance and video recording after the end of the election day in the section election commissions during the counting of votes and the preparation of the protocol for the sections referred to in Art. 34 of the Electoral Code, as well as the technical provision of the software and hardware necessary for the activity. The video streaming and monitoring is done through a special application developed by Information Services. Video recording after the end of the election day in the section election commissions is done on two levels: live video recording of the broadcasts stored in the cloud infrastructure and local video recording on each of the devices through which the video recording was done.

The work on the computer processing of election results has always been accepted without any remarks or objections by the CEC, as well as by all other participants in the electoral process.
